Advanced technology for cutting-edge solutions

AMD International SRL specialises in the design, production, and assembly of various products for chemical, petrochemical, industrial, and environmental plants.

Our main products include pressure vessels, columns, flare systems, filter houses for turbo-compressor plants, piping, fired heaters, heat exchangers, inlet and exhaust ducts, and steel structures.

Additionally, AMD handles the installation of air coolers and air condensers.

External area for handling and storage: 16,200 sqm
Warehouse: 500 sqm
Office area: 180 sqm

Total yard capacity: 33,300 sqm

The external area can be used for the assembly testing of large items. The AMD workshop is equipped with modern facilities for sandblasting, painting, pickling, and passivation of stainless steel materials, as well as a furnace for post-weld heat treatment (PWHT).

With established manufacturing experience, AMD can offer valuable collaboration to manufacturing industrial plants.

Constant commitment to research and development

AMD plans and coordinates all project activities from the assignment of the purchase order to the delivery of goods, ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual obligations.

Project Managers are responsible for all project activities and procedures, supported by efficient data processing (EDP) aimed at monitoring all operational units:

Planning of critical paths;
Definition of project milestones;
Planning and cooperation with engineering activities;
Reporting on cost control;
Purchasing and monitoring the production and delivery of raw materials;
Monitoring and reporting on the production process.

The role of the Project Manager involves providing a constant flow of information to and from customers to ensure a successful project outcome and customer satisfaction.

Engineering

AMD International has an engineering office where projects related to flare systems (guy wired, self-supported), pressure vessels, piping, heaters, air coolers, and steel structures are developed. These services are delivered through the use of sophisticated computing tools, hardware, and software. Since AMD International believes that the technological and economic progress of the company is closely linked to scientific and technical advancements, research and development activities are conducted within the engineering office to improve the efficiency of existing products and create innovative ones.
