Quality system

AMD aims for the highest product quality to ensure full customer satisfaction. Operating in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, with certification issued by TUV Austria, AMD maintains rigorous standards.

The quality system is overseen by the Quality Manager, who coordinates and implements the following activities:

Preparation, dissemination, and updating of the quality manual and quality system procedures;
Conducting quality checks on incoming materials, production, and final delivery;
Performing quality controls for outsourced manufacturing processes;
Preparing final product documentation as required by clients;
Conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) (VT, PT, UT, MT, X-ray, and γ-ray);
Monitoring and qualifying suppliers.

IThe quality department operates independently with the goal of providing the guaranteed quality through its specialised staff who perform all inspections and tests.

AMD International holds ASME authorisations for the construction of pressure vessels (U and U2 designators). The company is also authorised to apply the “NB” mark and to register with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, allowing for compliance with the relevant standards.

AMD is further certified under UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011, EN 1090-2:2018, and EN ISO 3834-2.
